Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO of Americas, The Operations Manager, is responsible for all reporting and analysis associated with Mastek Americas’ daily operations and the development and implementation of process to support reporting and P&L management best practices. The key areas of reporting for this role include: P&L Plan to Actuals, and relevant KPI reporting. This individual will support the CEO and interface heavily with services delivery executives, sales leaders and project managers to ensure timely and accurate data and adherence to best practices. The Operations Manager contributes to the improvement of operational metrics (bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, operating income, utilization, client satisfaction and opportunity pipeline).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Delivery and Sales Leadership to develop processes and provide reports focused on financial and resource management data to aid with revenue and budgetary goals
  • Publish, analyze, and develop key metrics for successful projects and deliverables
  • US based administrator of Professional Service Automation systems and tools
  • Support Practice Management and staff to better understand revenue, hours, and target attainment goals
  • Provide regular operational status updates to the CEO and leadership

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric role
  • Working understanding of Professional Services cost structures strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience with pivot tables, macros, analyzing and formatting data, use of filters, and creating charts and graphs
  • Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics skills; developing reports, implementing field level modifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple activities
  • Must have analytical mindset, deep attention to detail, and willingness to learn and expand the role
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Business Management
